**About the role**:
This role at its core is about developing strong connections with clients ensuring they receive the support they need to continue living the life they choose at home and in their local community.

We have multiple roles available for _NDIS Support Workers_. Our clients need support in a range of activities, such as personal care, domestic care, respite care, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments and events, community access and after school support.

We provide services across many locations throughout Melbourne, meaning you enjoy working close to home and in your local community.

**About you**:
We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, customer service focused people who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.
- Ideally, you will have a Cert III or IV in Disability, Home and Community Care or Individual Support.
- You must hold or be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- You should have your own reliable transport and a driver's license.
