Our client is a highly regarded full service commercial law firm that has offices scattered nationwide. **The Team**

**The Role**

The role will see you working on a range of matters with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and significant family business. This includes conducting due diligence and drafting transactional documents related to acquisition matters, negotiating commercial agreements, and advising on the comprehensive scope of corporate services.

**Requirements**:
To be successful, you will have between 2 to 5 years of post admission experience in a reputable corporate and commercial practice, ideally within a private practice environment. In addition, you will also have:

- Strong commercial acumen to deliver excellence client service;
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment;
- Experience with technology and intellectual property assets is desirable but not required.
