**Childcare Centre Educator (Menai)**

Watch Us Grow Early Learning Centres (Menai) is seeking Permanent Part-Time, Permanent Full-Time, and Casual Educators for an immediate start working at our new service in Menai.

As a new service, there are also opportunities available for those wanting to take the next step in their career and take on a leadership role.

We are looking for experienced educators and/or Trainees to join our exciting and expanding team that is on a successful journey to deliver quality education.

Established by a team of professional educators, with over 20 years of experience in children’s education. We are child-centred and focus on each individuals’ strengths to ensure we offer the highest level of care and education. We work collaboratively with children, families, and communities to achieve the best outcomes in a safe and engaging space.

**Key responsibilities**:

- assisting in the preparation and implementation of an educational program and activities.
- developing a stimulating, fun and educational learning environment.
- assisting with managing children's needs.
- meeting the health and safety needs of all children.
- building professional and positive relationships with the children and families

**About you**:

- Certificate III ACECQA recognised qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing
- Passionate Educators who are driven by their desire to provide quality learning experiences
- Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
- Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual

**Why are we recruiting?**

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
