**About the Opportunity**

We are looking to appoint a Finance Transformation Business Advisor, a newly created position, to support provisioning initiatives that transform finance processes towards best practice use of existing/new finance systems and support transition of the existing ERP system to a new solution.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Translating complex financial user stories to business requirement documents (BRD’s)
- As-Is and To-Be process mapping & process documentation of current and future states
- Problem solving, evaluate and recommend / implement improvement ideas
- Facilitating effective workshop and maintaining initiatives/project plans and status reports
- Ad hoc support for the wider Business Insights team.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Self-starter, an enthusiastic team player
- An analytical and critical thinker, particularly in the context of problem solving, takes ownership and looks to value add
- Have a flexible, dynamic working style. Able to adapt to changing stakeholder requirements quickly and effectively, combine with ability to challenge & influence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Previous experience in finance support role preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in fields of business, accounting and/or economics preferred
- SAP & TM1 system experience preferred
