Due to global expansion and growth, an opportunity has now arisen for an
**Associate - Global Quality Engineering Manager **to be responsible for quality, validation & engineering compliance oversight for CAPEX and OPEX engineering projects.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Director, key duties include the following:

- Provide quality assurance & validation compliance for both CAPEX & OPEX projects across the site.
- Review & approve global engineering documentation, providing necessary input in relation to regulatory requirements.
- Provide strong technical knowledge in relation to technology transfer, validation, life cycle management, cGMP & compliance.
- Act as quality partner to Global Engineering teams & collaborate closely with key internal teams & partners.
- Effectively liaise with global stakeholders on quality documentation ensuring all information is recorded for global purposes.

**About You - Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualified in Science, Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Sound industry experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech with sound cGMP knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in quality, validation & technology transfers, quality by design for CAPEX and OPEX engineering projects.
- Specific experience in reviewing engineering documentation to TGA & FDA levels.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & sound influencing skills.
- Well developed interpersonal & communication skills.
