**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the S&OP process.
Analyse Supply Chain data and make recommendations for improvement.
Develop and execute supply and production plans to meet customer demand, inventory targets, and financial goals.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
Analyse data and develop reports and deliver insights to track and improve performance.
Manage the Supply Chain team, develop talent and provide direction and support to ensure that the team meets targets and goals.
Work closely with the wider operations team to ensure that raw materials and other supplies are available to meet demand.
Develop and maintain planning systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective demand planning and production scheduling.
Drive KPI’s and performance to targets.
- Oversee and support collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
- Manage inventory, lead times, replenishments, and minimum/maximum stock levels.
- Work very closely with the product and commercial team across a full manufacturing life cycle.

**Analytical Thinking**: The ability to analyse production data and develop reports to track and improve production performance, including capacity utilization, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
**Leadership**: The ability to lead and manage a planning team, providing guidance and support to ensure that the team meets targets and goals.
**Communication**: The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
**Problem-Solving**: The ability to identify and resolve planning and supply issues in a timely and efficient manner.
**Attention to Detail**: The ability to pay close attention to details and ensure that plans are accurate and complete.
**Time Management**: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and to stay organised and on top of deadlines.
**Technical Skills**: Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
**Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and to develop contingency plans as needed.
**Customer Focus**: The ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
