**About the role

Contribute to the effective development and delivery of professional workplace health and safety and workplace rehabilitation and return to work services. Identify and drive safety solutions through effective planning and a proven capability within a large diverse healthcare environment. Work collaboratively with workers, senior management, clinical leaders and executive level stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of strategic, tactical and operational safety and rehabilitation advice across all health and safety related issues that support positive outcomes for patient and staff safety

About you

Function as an effective Safety Advisor allocated to supporting seamless strategic, tactical and operational Health and Safety advice within a large healthcare environment
Strong communication skills that maintain effective professional and consultative relationships, that builds knowledge, develops skills, values differences with stakeholders and local team members with an ability to manage challenges with integrity, tact and diplomacy
Coordinate, manage and provide support and advice to all stakeholders through the investigation of serious accidents and incidents
Analyse and report on data relating to incidents and injuries, audit and inspection processes. Identify and implement strategies that will manage risk and reduce workplace injury/illness across MNH
