**About the Role**

Due to the continued success and growth of one of BMD Group’s core businesses, JMac, we are excited to offer this opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Safety Advisor to take the reins and support JMac operations, whilst benefiting from the support and opportunities of the wider BMD Group. This position offers a distinct opportunity for a driven and passionate professional to make a significant impact working across infrastructure, commercial and urban development projects.

In this role, you will support our Project Managers and the JMac leadership team across Queensland and Victoria to:

- Promote the development and implementation of safety standards that address all compliance and due diligence requirements
- Assist with education and training of BMD staff to achieve quality safety outcomes
- Conduct high value safety audits and inspections
- Generating insightful reports for senior management and internal stakeholders to appropriately focus energy and resources
- Support the preparation and implementation of work method statements, project plans, and inspection and test plans.
- Develop and implement system changes and improvements.
