Are you a natural communicator who loves connecting with people and driving results?

Mercedes-Benz Melbourne is looking for a motivated Customer Contact Consultant to join our Business Development Centre (BDC) team and play a key role in growing our service department.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers - reaching out, building relationships, and turning leads into service bookings. Your efforts will help us provide a seamless, premium experience that keeps our customers coming back.

**What you will be doing**:

- Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to secure service bookings.
- Following structured contact plans to maximise opportunities for repeat and referral business.
- Recording all customer interactions and results accurately in our CRM system.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and dealership promotions by engaging with targeted customer groups.
- Coordinating with the Service Department to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and excellent customer experiences.
- Tracking results and providing feedback to continuously improve our approach.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Experience with Pentana and Mercedes-Benz IT systems is a plus
- The ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or customer contact role (automotive experience a plus).
