We are currently expanding our Melbourne based operations and searching for 10+ casual sales consultants that are capable of delivering top quality results, with consistency and reliability.
**Your duties will include**
- Field based sales in the Philanthropic and energy efficient sector
- Working within our sales team across Melbourne engaging face-to-face with new customers on behalf of our clients
- Meeting sales goals and targets
- Collaborating with team members every day
- Achieving KPI targets
- Attending learning and development sessions to help take your development to the next level
- Technology & Operations

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in direct customer facing roles is preferable
- Individuals that embrace a progressive environment
- Self-driven with the ability to work with a great team of sales consultants
- Articulate, approachable and ambitious
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build and manage strong customer relationships
- A high focus on customer service, quality and compliance
