Wongan Hills, Australia Rural Enterprises Full time

Two Air Seeder Operators required on a family run property just 2 hours north of Perth in Wongan Hills, WA with a 4,500Ha cropping program. One Operator to start end of February to assist with pre-seeding duties (preparing machinery, spraying, deep ripping, stubble crunching) then seeding, 2nd Operator for seeding to start end-March/early April until approx. end of May/early June. Day and night shifts, flexible with rotation schedule. Prefer experienced operators however willing to train those with large farm machinery experience and are willing to learn. All modern John Deere machinery with autosteer.

- Family operated property with a 4,500Ha cropping program;
- All modern machinery with auto steer;
- Controlled Traffic Farming system;
- Located 2 hours north of Perth.

**About the role**:

- One Operator to start end of February and 2nd Operator to start end-March/early April;
- Pre-seeding duties: preparing machinery, spraying, deep ripping, stubble crunching;
- Seeding: Operating John Deere 9RX 520 4-Track with a 40ft DBS bar and Morris 18T bin for liquid fertilizer.

**About you**:

- Good communication skills;
- Drivers license;
- Non-smokers preferred.

**What’s on offer**:

- Hourly rate: $35-$40; depending on experience;
- Hours during seeding: 12 hour day shifts, 13 day fortnight; Day and night shifts (flexible with rotation schedule);
- Accommodation Options: Single men’s quarters on farm or house in town;
- Meals: Dinner provided;
- Access to work vehicle.
