**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Proven experience in sourcing hard-to-fill, technical or senior roles. (internal or agency).
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management and Business or other related professional discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships at all levels with a proactive and solutions focused outlook and highly collaborative working style.
- Sound HRIS skills and experience, exposure to E-Recruitment systems.
- Genuinely seeking a long-term career in the talent management space.

Additional Information
**Salary range**
Hew Level 7 Base Salary $89, 384 - 96, 838 per annum + 17% superannuation.
