Mars Hill Care Services is a dedicated provider of individualised care and support services to people with diverse needs.

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled Male Support Workers who can cover active night shifts to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personalised care and support tailored to the individual needs of the client.
- Assist the client with daily activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility.
- Implement care plans effectively, adapting to the client's needs and preferences.
- Foster a supportive, positive environment that respects the client's dignity and privacy.
- Communicate effectively with the client, families, and team members.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's conditions and needs.

**Essential Qualities and Skills**
- Deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals requiring long-term care.
- Commitment to providing consistent, patient, and dependable support.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities in both English and Filipino.
- Keen observational skills and willingness to engage in continuous learning and skill development.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a support worker or similar role preferred.
- Certification in a relevant field
- Ability to pass background checks and meet employment eligibility requirements.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
