The Co Group is seeking an **Arabic-speaking** Support Worker to work in Granville/Merrylands and surrounding areas.

**Requirements**:

- **Arabic-speaking**:

- Valid Driver's Licence & access to a comprehensive-insured car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Disability and/or Aged Care support
- **Must be willing to provide all aspects of support including personal care, client transport, meal preparation, domestic assistance, etc.**

**What you'll do**:

- Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
- Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their families
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance, community access and personal care
