Kids World Kindy established in 1985 is a privately owned group of boutique Services operating in Western Sydney. The owners of Kids World Kindy have more than 25 years of experience in providing high quality education and care. Our Glenmore Park Service is highly regarded in the local community and is licenced for 48 children aged 0 to 5 yrs. We are currently seeking an experienced ROOM LEADER for our Baby and Toodler Room, with the option of working either full-time or part-time (4 days per week).

The primary responsibility of the Room Leader will be to lead and mentor our preschool room team. You will also be responsible for delivering a School Readiness Program, quality educational program, foster relationships with children and families, inclusive practices for children with additional needs and individual behaviour management plans. In the absence of the Nominated Supervisor, you will be required to hold the role of the Responsible Person.

**Essential Criteria**
- Diploma or Certificate III in Children’s Services (or Working Towards)
- Proficient computer skills
- DOES **NOT** NEED TO BE VACCINATED
- Previous experience as Room Leader role preferred but not essential
- Committed to excellence in early childhood education and care
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Working with Children Check
- Child Protection and First Aid Qualifications as per the regulations
