**Who We’re Looking For**

As our programs grow and new services open, we're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Educator to join our expanding team.

Are you an energetic and dedicated Educator ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re searching for someone with a genuine passion for children to join our Kids United OSHC team as an Educator. In this role, you’ll enjoy a variety of hours from Monday to Friday during school terms, with additional opportunities during school holidays for our vacation care services.

To be successful, you should be available to work at least four afternoons per week, ideally Monday to Thursday. If you’re excited about the opportunity to shape young minds and create a positive environment, we’d love to hear from you

**Hours of Operation**:

- **Before School Care**: 6:30 am - 8:30 am
- **After School Care**: 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
- **Vacation Care**: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a valued member of the Kids United OSHC team, you will:

- Assist in delivering high-quality, educational, safe, and fun programs.
- Align our programs with the 'My Time Our Place' framework.
- Communicate and engage with children, families, and team members positively and respectfully.
- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk.
- Support the development of children in our care.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Supervise children and ensure their safety.
- Perform light cleaning duties.
- Prepare breakfast and afternoon tea.
- Attend monthly staff meetings.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Availability to work four afternoon shifts weekly.
- Flexibility to work on short notice when needed.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid Working with Children Check for paid employment (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Pay**: $29.96 - $36.24 per hour
