**About Us**
Build Alpha Kids is dedicated to inspiring the next generation through fun, engaging, and development-focused multi-sport programs. We work with childcare centres, schools, and communities to promote physical activity, teamwork, and confidence in children.

**The Role**
Are you passionate about sports and eager to make a positive impact on children’s early development? We are seeking a dynamic and energetic **Sports Coach** to deliver our multi-sport programs in childcare centres across the **Bankstown and Liverpool regions**.

In this role, you will:

- Travel between multiple childcare centres during the day.
- Lead interactive, age-appropriate sporting activities that encourage participation, teamwork, and physical skills.
- Create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Use your enthusiasm and creativity to inspire children to enjoy being active.
- Represent Build Alpha Kids with professionalism and positivity.

We provide all necessary equipment and program materials — all you need is your passion, energy, and love for working with kids.

**Requirements**:

- **Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)** - mandatory.
- **Proven past experience** working with children in a sports, education, or coaching capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transport to travel between centres (travel allowance provided).
- Energetic, positive, and committed to fostering an active lifestyle in children.

**Desirable**
- Relevant qualifications in Sport, Fitness, Early Childhood Education, or Teaching.
- First Aid & CPR certification.
