**About the business and the role**

The Landscape Construction Company is currently seeking an Experienced Commercial Foreperson to deliver high end on-going commercial landscaping projects

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

The job tasks and responsibilities you will be required to complete include but are not limited to:
- Daily communication with the Project Manager regarding works in progress.
- Direction of crew including subcontractors.
- Ensuring a continuous and active site presence to manage site personnel and machinery.
- Controlling and signing off on deliveries.
- Ensuring efficient production and quality of works from subcontractors.
- Explaining the Key Performance Indicators to all onsite staff.

**Skills and experience**

Your experience in all of the following areas will be highly regarded:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial landscape industry.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of horticulture
- Trade Qualification in Horticulture and/or Landscape Construction
- General Construction Induction Card (Whitecard)
- QBCC license (desirable)
- Experience with concrete placement, masonry works, paving and timber work
- Processing purchase orders, timesheets, budget tracking and associated site paperwork accurately is essential.
- First Aid + CPR Qualified

The successful applicant must have the ability to work autonomously, be able to lead, coach and develop teams, good communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions while working as a member of a team.

- General induction to construction industry
- Current drivers' licence
- Proof of Australian working eligibility will be required
- To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a current blue card or be willing to obtain a blue card.

Industry leading rate of pay provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
