BLC is a commercial landscaping company operating in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan and surrounds, undertaking commercial landscaping projects and completing them to an extremely high standard. We are a hard-working team and welcome anyone willing to show enthusiasm and care for the job they do.

BLC is currently seeking an experienced Landscape supervisor/ foreman to join our team.

**Qualifications & experience**

The successful applicant will have experience managing landscape projects, reading architect drawings, scheduling orders and managing workers.

Exhibit vast amounts of landscape knowledge across all areas of Landscape construction.

An MR license would be a bonus.

The values we would look for in our foreman would be reliable, energetic, proactive, problem solving, forward thinking and personable.

The applicant must have a good working knowledge of site safety. Common sense and safety awareness is extremely important as you will be working on commercial sites with both the public and commercial contractors, which includes heavy machinery.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

The successful applicant will be working on commercial sites constructing streetscapes, parks and planned community developments.

You will be working with a great team of tradies, and it will be your job to guide, organize and manage your team productively.

Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to our clients.

Must have an eye for detail.

All landscaping competencies including:

- Understanding the scope of work; organizing and pre-planning of every aspect of the project to completion.
- Soil spreading, turfing, planting and mulching.
- Timber work, fencing, decking etc.
- Painting, concreting, tiling and walling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
