We are looking to hire a full-time Receptionist to **work mainly across our branches located in the South Eastern/Bayside suburbs of Melbourne**. At Marina Radiology we have a professional, supportive and friendly team, dedicated to providing care to patients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be:

- Creating a great first impression when greeting patients/referring doctors/other industry associates both face to face and over the telephone
- Answering/transferring incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Entering patients and referrer details accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring work flow is conducted in a correct and timely manner
- Opening/closing branch

The role may require you to work a rotating roster.
