SWEA is a specialist European vehicle service and repair workshop, located in Condell Park. We have been operating for over 35 years. In this time we have built a strong reputation for quality and expertise as well as a large customer base.

Due to the booming European car market & ongoing growth, there is an opportunity to join the workshop team.

We are seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic for a permanent position working Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm within a close-knit team.

As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Carry out all vehicle servicing to a high standard
- Complete minor and major mechanical repair work
- Fault diagnosis, mechanical, electrical and air conditioning
- Maintain a clean and orderly workshop at all times
- Document all work and job cards

To be considered for this position, you will ideally meet the following criteria:

- Trade experience with European servicing and maintenance minimum 2+ years
- High level of attention to detail and fault diagnosis
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Willingness to learn and develop existing skills and knowledge
- Work effectively individually or as part of a team
- Current Tradesman certificate/license (registered with NSW fair trading)
- Unrestricted and valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
- Provision of own tools is required (Specialised tools provided)
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
