**About this role**

**Duties**
- Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the Pub runs efficiently.
- Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.
- Assist the team with general responsibilities during service.
- Ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
- Maintain bar supplies and the maintenance of the bar equipments.
- Work with the Venue Manager to create effective schedules to ensure that bar is adequately staffed at all times
- Keep up to date with licensing legislation and maintaining Responsible Service of Alcohol

**Skills & Experience**
- Hold Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- Hold valid Approved Managers Card
- Experience working in a Bar (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
- Food Safety Certification from Nationally Accredited Training provider
- Experience working in supervisory role preferable
- Full working rights for Australia
- Must have weekend availability (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
- Tips
