Qualifications:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across Gaming, bar and food
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Proficiency in hospitality point of sale and gaming reporting software
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
- Oversee operations and maintain high standards and professionalism across all aspects of bar procedures
- Address and resolve major complaints. Communicate problems to higher management and advice steps taken to resolve.
- Manage any emergency situations, leading the staff, responding and conducting detailed Incident reports.
- Ensure effective shift hand-overs and fill in the gaps of other aspects of the business when needed
- Float and inventory management to ensure all transactions are accounted for

Pay: $74,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- RSA RCG (preferred)
