**THE ROLE**

The Property Transactions Support Officer will provide administrative support to the team responsible for the acquisition, sale, and leasing of land by Homes Victoria. This includes but is not limited to arranging execution of contracts, drafting correspondence and general reports, responding to enquiries, and coordinating activities relating to the settlement of property transactions.

**Are you**:

- A project support officer and/or administrative officer with knowledge of the Victorian Government land policies and framework?
- Flexible with good communication skills and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment?
- A proactive, fast learner who is able to take on a range of new challenges?

**COVID-19 VACCINATION**
