**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor / Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised)
- Experience with staff development and leadership
- First Aid/CPR and WWCC
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Ability to develop a QIP
- Experience in working towards the leading of an Exceeding Centre
- The drive for high-quality education & care
- Previous experience in similar role
