**Junior to Mid Trader**

**Overview**
As a Trader with us, you'll be an integral part of our Global ETF Market Making team, located in Sydney. Your responsibilities will encompass trade execution, collaboration within the market making team, and the implementation of algorithmic strategies and related tools.

**Qualifications**
- Possess interest or experience in Delta 1 trading strategies, such as ETFs, ADRs, index arbitrage, and statistical arbitrage.
- Thrive on real-time problem-solving with a passion for immediate outcomes.
- Seek to expand your knowledge of financial markets at the forefront of the industry.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with continuous learning opportunities.
- Exhibit attention to detail with an understanding of the complex implications that drive market operations.
- Possess the capability to recognize, comprehend, and capitalize on geopolitical and societal changes impacting trading circumstances.
- Communicate in a timely, accurate, and intuitive manner
- Have a mindset for ongoing research, review, and analysis of systems and strategies.

**Your technical skills should include**:

- 1-3 years of relevant trading experience ideally in another prop firm
- Programming skills are desirable but not essential.
- Highly advanced proficiency in probability and statistics
- Highly advanced inductive and deductive reasoning ability
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for financial markets
- Strong academic record in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
