**Key responsibilities**: In the role of Permanent Advisor (Digital Content), you will work within the Translink Marketing team to develop and implement the digital content activity across multiple channels and manage all elements of Translink's social media presence.Some of your responsibilities will include: - Support the Temporary Senior Advisor (Digital content) in the development and implementation of social media activities that build our community and contribute to our marketing and business objectives. Develop the monthly content calendar - which includes writing social media posts and creating/sourcing content. Manage the scheduling of content across Translink's social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Monitor, optimise and evaluate all activity delivered via Translink's social media platforms, proactively liaising with teams to produce reports as required, and reporting on social media channel performance using a range of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Brandwatch. Undertake community management and proactively respond to customer enquiries and feedback about Translink's products and services when required. Working independently and with the marketing team to plan, produce and edit social media content. Develop creative briefs for social media content, liaising with agencies to produce high-quality content to utilise across all digital channels. Ensure all content across social media channels is aligned with Translink brand and accessibility guidelines. Work collaboratively across the Marketing, Media and Communication teams to ensure consistent content, processes and policies across all social media channels.About you: We recognise and celebrate that everyone is unique and seek the applicant best suited to the role. To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Mandatory qualifications and conditions: - Demonstrated social media strategy experience with a background in coordinating the execution and delivery of social media content. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Participation in on-call roster, shared with other team members.Highly desirable: - Experience in photography/videography is highly desirable. Degree in Marketing Communications (or similar field).Requirements of the role: - Develops and sustains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focussed outcomes. Listens attentively and proactively, seeking to understand others' perspectives by asking questions and clarifying information. Ability to identify risks, escalate to the Senior Advisor and Principal Advisor and assist in the development of appropriate mitigation strategies. Provide advice and support to the Senior Advisor to maximise the benefits of campaigns and initiatives. Welcomes challenges in the delivery of work and demonstrates persistence in working through obstacles.
- Demonstrates careful planning and organisation to achieve results. Implements reporting mechanisms with honest recognition of Progress against goal. Actively seeks feedback and modifies approach to enhance own effectiveness.
