**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Penrith team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

- Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe group classes
- Program lessons
- Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required
- Gain broad coaching experience across a wide variety of classes and programs, offering everything from Kindergym to Trampoline, Acrobatics to Parkour, Cheerleading to Competition Gymnastics.

**About You**

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,
- Do you have a strong interest in gymnastics and other sports?
- Do you have a Beginners Gymnastics Coaching Course or the ability to work towards this?
- Do you have skills in administration and customer service?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
- Are you an autonomous worker as well as a team player?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
- Do you have the ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check?

- Employee Working With Children Check (required)
- National Police Check (required)
- Basketball Coaching Qualification (preferred)
