Supporting the Store Manager, you will be part of this well-known brand and an amazing group of people, who enjoy providing the customer a professional shopping experience. You will be responsible for developing and increasing store sales and leading your team of 10+ staff.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and staff development.
- Play a key role in recruitment, training, and staff performance evaluations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to drive store sales.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A retail background within a multi-million-dollar business
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Proven track record in leadership, mentoring and supervising staff
- A strong understanding of retail operations including stock management and visual merchandising
