**_ A Baseline Security clearance will be required, therefore Australian Citizenship status is mandatory for this role_**

**THE POSITION**
- Utilise your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
- Responsible for cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
- Speed, efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
- Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Basic food prep and function support when required

**THE PERSON**_:_**
- Must have a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods & grind adjustments to create a variety of coffees
- Have Barista experience and are comfortable at producing high-quality coffees
- Barista Qualifications are highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
- Must be willing to obtain a national police clearance
