We’re currently on the lookout for Casual Retail Sales & Customer Service Consultants to join our team at Fashion Spree Outlets in Warwick Farm.

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll be a great fit if you’re sales-driven, customer-focused, and motivated by achieving (and exceeding) your targets. You understand how to identify customer needs and turn them into sales opportunities.

About You:

- Previous experience in retail sales and/or customer service
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Confident using POS systems
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers from all backgrounds
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying customer needs
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work across multiple store locations is a plus
- Must have the right to work in Australia

Weekend availability is essential.
