**The Role**

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of what we do — driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with new and existing customers using a consultative sales approach that aligns with their buying journey
- Build long-term relationships founded on trust and credibility
- Confidently present and explain product features and benefits to match each customer’s needs
- Handle objections with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up to date with market trends

**Key Requisites**
We’re looking for individuals who bring:

- A solid understanding of the sales process and how to tailor it to different customer needs
- Resilience, empathy, and enthusiasm — with the ability to build rapport quickly and create genuine connections
- The skill to match product benefits to each customer’s unique situation, always using an ethical and thoughtful sales approach
- Integrity, honesty, and flexibility — plus strong energy levels and composure under pressure
