**About the role**:
Due to growth of the firm, Olvera Advisors has a new opportunity for a self-motivated **Insolvency** **Supervisor** to provide a seamless link between the leadership team and team members in the insolvency and restructuring industry. As a supervisor at Olvera, you will be responsible for a diverse range of engagements including corporate and personal insolvency, formal and informal corporate restructuring, and safe harbour engagements. You will work on a range of diverse clients and gain experience in various industries including hospitality, retail, mining and media.

You will take ownership and be responsible for providing high quality reporting on financial analysis, business operations and function in an outcome driven environment. The role will provide a hands-on opportunity and supported career where progression is based on ability and knowledge.

This opportunity is a platform to grow within our advisory firm and will draw upon your analytical expertise and business acumen. You will continue to be challenged within your role with no one day being the same.

**Overview of Supervisor Role**

O Management and preparation of statutory reports

O Conduct investigation into the insolvent entities’ financials

O Analyse financial statements and accounting records

O Financial modelling

O Assist with trade on management including the budget preparation and cashflow forecasts

O Compliance with regulatory requirements

O Prepare ASIC reports and lodgements

O Manage junior staff members and assist to develop their growth

O Manage and liaise with key stakeholders

**About you**

O CA qualified (or equivalent)

O Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (i.e., degree in commerce/economics and/or law, majors/minors in accounting or finance)

O 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate or personal insolvency

O Positive, cooperative and inclusive attitude

O Excellent communicator and well-honed interpersonal skills with an ability to build on relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders

O Strong initiative and business acumen

O Strong financial modelling skills

O Working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, Core IPS, and Quickbooks

O Experience with managing a team

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
