Nestled on the northern coastline of New South Wales, you’ll find Ingenia Holidays Kingscliff perched on a peninsula of the Tweed Coast, with the Tweed River in its front garden and Kingscliff Beach out the back. Our Kingscliff holiday Park consists of permanent residents, permanent rental cabins, and tourist sites and cabins.

**About the Role**

Seeking a friendly and professional Park Manager to ensure the successful operation of our Ingenia Kingscliff Holiday Park. You will be an individual that is motivated by providing exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests as well as someone with previous experience in tourism and hospitality.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide high levels of customer service to all guests and residents.
- Management of staff including roster preparation and performance management and recruitment of new staff.
- Finance and resource management for consumables, grounds, and buildings.
- Support construction and development teams with new cabins and refurbishment processes.
- Conducting weekly inspections of the site.
- Collection of outstanding payments from residents.
- Attend to emergency situations when required.
- Proactively support the Development teams with new homes delivery, installation and/or the refurbishment process of resale homes as required.
- Interview new residents and provide recommendations/observations to the Sales Manager
- Actively support the Sales team in the sell down of the Community.
- Assess and make recommendations to management regarding buy back opportunities.
- Develop, prepare and manage the administration of the budgets for the financial year, providing supporting evidence and cost estimates for all expenses.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the relevant legislation, regulations and Community rules to be able to direct or answer resident enquiries.
- Ensure that all management practices comply with lease documentation, or alike, as well as all relevant industry legislation and codes of practice.
- Ensure that capital works are undertaken in line with the annual budget.

**About You**
- Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist/Caravan Parks.
- Proven capability to manage multiple staff members and an ability to give constructive feedback when required.
- Background in tourism and property sales.
- Demonstrated capability and experience in the management of maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Operational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices.
