Service Technician

We are seeking experienced On-Road & In-house Service Technicians to provide service and technical support to our clients in the Sydney Southwest region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubs
- Preventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipment
- Assisting sales force in product promotion and performance
- Attendant training and customer liaison

**Requirements**:

- Field, electrical or electronics service or maintenance experience or a keen interest in pursuing a career in this area
- Gaming industry experience highly regarded
- Current technician’s licence
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to undertake physical demands required of the role
- Possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Available to work on weekends and late shifts
- Available to work on call and overtime
- Comfortable working in a club environment
- Current Drivers Licence - vehicle will be provided
