We're seeking a skilled and experienced Service Pool Technician to join our team at UC Pools and Spa Pty Ltd. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and customer service.

**Responsibilities**

The scope of your responsibilities include, but is not limited, to the following:

- Oversee and perform routine maintenance of swimming pools in residential and some commercial environments
- Water testing and adding of chemicals as needed
- Equipment repairs and maintenance, including installation and troubleshooting, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation and pool cleaners
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure correct inventory is carried to work safely and efficiently
- Quote generation and follow up as required
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff

At times, you may also be responsible for service sales, customer service and retail sales at the store.

**Skills and Experience**

We are looking for someone with previous industry experience. Key requirements include:

- 3 years + of experience as a Service Pool Technician
- Strong technical knowledge of swimming pool equipment and systems
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Enjoy working outdoors in a physical environment
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, and manage competing priorities

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus

**Experience**:

- pool maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
