We can't wait to welcome you into our team - Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland Synod is committed to being a child safe, child friendly organisation and for all children who come into contact with our services we will provide welcoming, safe and nurturing services, prevent child abuse and neglect within our services and appropriately and immediately address child abuse and neglect if it does occur._ **About You**: - A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved). - Current Blue Card, with up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training. - Experience in long day care, with confidence working across multiple age groups. - Sound knowledge of the EYLF, Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines, NQF, and relevant legislation. - A child-centred approach, viewing children as capable learners, and a strong understanding of contemporary early childhood practices. - A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
