**Key duties for the positions include?**
- Implement the room’s routine and the Campus’ procedures.
- Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children, documenting and extending children's learning.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team

**What you will need**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have experience managing baby rooms. The Montessori background will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a solid commitment to high-quality care

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, VIC 3072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
