The purpose of this roles is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Client Manager to join our team at Carat, Adelaide. This role will give you the opportunity to own your client relationships, you will have the freedom and autonomy to create dynamic ways of working and lead exciting campaigns.

Your Client Director is invested is passionate about giving people opportunities for development and growth, and you will be supported by a superstar Associate across execution and implementation.

What your typical day will look like:

- Work in a collaborative environment on some key accounts, as well as reputable Adelaide based brands
- This is a true media generalist role with the opportunity to work across all channels and media functions including branding, investment, strategy and planning
- Take ownership of the media planning, solutions and outputs, as well as overseeing and supporting the implementation and recommendations
- Lead the day-to-day client, publisher and stakeholder engagement
- Support your Client Director in workload and workflow management and quality control
- Training and development of incredibly talented Associates, and supporting their growth and success
- Getting involved with team and agency initiatives, driving a dynamic and engaging business culture

A bit about you:

- 3+ years experience working within a media role with a strong understanding of the media landscape and multichannel experience
- Ability to develop and nurture client, publisher and stakeholder relationships
- Strong experience working with media tools and platforms, as well as exposure to digital channels
- Previous experience coaching and developing Junior talent, or a desire to learn and lead a team
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; confident to make decisions, put forward ideas
