**Who we are**

EstimateOne is an Australian born SaaS platform and one of AFR’s 2022 Best Places to Work in Australia and NZ. Headquartered in Richmond, Melbourne, our ambition is to become the global industry standard procurement platform in the commercial construction industry.

We’re the market leaders in Australia & NZ, and we've started expanding our product to the UK & Ireland, so it’s a really exciting time to be joining us.

At EstimateOne, we believe that by looking after our whole ecosystem of users, and balancing the needs of our team, our shareholders and the industry, we can achieve our vision to become a global leader in construction technology; famous for the positive impact on the industry we serve. To do that we'll need to make sure we're unlocking value from what we've already built while also inventing new stuff. It's equal parts optimisation and innovation.

Our established scaleup vibe keeps things lively. We’ve come a long way in 14 years, and seeing what we’ve achieved in that time, get’s us pretty excited for the next 14. We’re passionate about transparent and fair expectations and results and we have a commitment to creating a career defining place to work for all of our team.

**The role**

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager on a 6 month contract (with the possibility to extend) who is passionate about creating solutions that our customers love and making a real difference in the lives of everyone in the construction industry.

Meticulously balancing customer value and business benefit, each day you’ll get to work closely with talented people across our business to determine and deliver the biggest impact to our customers through our products.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who cares deeply about their craft and wants to be part of a team who celebrates a product-led mindset, championing excellence in product management and putting problems before solutions.

As a Product Manager at EstimateOne, you will:

- Co-own, refine and execute the EstimateOne Product Strategy and work closely with our Chief Product Officer, Head of Design and Product Management Team to continuously improve our Product Management Practice through shared knowledge, tooling, resources and ways of working.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their problems and needs through research, data analysis and importantly actually talking to and getting to know them face to face.
- Foster a great collaborative partnership with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing and Audience GMs to bring innovative solutions to life, measuring their impact and celebrating their success.
- Build great relationships with Sales, Marketing and Customer facing teams to understand perspectives and ensure they are engaged and supported through product changes.
- Be known internally as the face of your products, champion a clear product vision across the business and keep teams and stakeholders engaged and informed across all aspects of Product Delivery and Lifecycle Management.
- Craft, maintain and execute a product roadmap that prioritises the most important customer problems to be solved, delivers measurable business benefits to EstimateOne and aligns closely with our Product Strategy.

**About You**
- You're customer obsessed and want to spend regular time with them, building empathy for their needs and deeply understanding their problems.
- You love data and you use it to support decisions, whether this is analytics, user research, survey feedback or in-person testing
- You care genuinely about the people you work with, your team and the rituals you use to deliver valuable products to our customers
- You’re committed to continuous shipping of value to our customers through iterative small releases, embracing feedback and new insight as you go
- You can lead, align and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver great outcomes. As a Product Manager, you are the nexus of the team and you need to provide clarity, connective tissue, energy and synthesis from your vantage point to enable your team to do their best work.
- You are a great communicator, have a can-do attitude and can build effective relationships across all levels of the business.

The ability to champion our values matters to us; we care about our team and you'll be joining a group of people who want each other to be happy and successful. If you’re a motivated, self-starter and user-orientated person with experience in growing a company and designing products in a construction technology space, we need you in our team.

**Perks**

There’s more to working at EstimateOne than just creating game changing technology for the construction industry. We know that to reach the lofty goals we set ourselves we need to look after our team, our shareholders and the industry we serve. These are just a few of the things we offer:

- Flexible working hours & the ability to WFH
- You don’t have to work full-time, but we’d love it
