The Role:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our food and beverage services, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and functions. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager, you will support and supervise service across both breakfast and dinner periods, ensuring consistent delivery of our five-star service standards.

This full-time position offers free on-site parking, supplied uniforms, and a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and motivate team members.
  • Manage and maintain high standards across all F&B areas.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership skills and a strong background in food & beverage.
  • Knowledge of various wine varieties.
  • RSA certificate is mandatory.
