Our products are designed and primarily manufactured by our industry-leading team in Sydney and are exported to over 119 countries globally through more than 6000 dealers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Sweetwater, Guitar Center, Thomann and JB Hi-Fi. The ECommerce and Distribution Planner will support the warehouse and sales teams to ensure eCommerce orders and US distribution is completed on time.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Work with sales to determine a US distribution forecast
- Review and confirm all US order requests
- Communicate with our partners on all future orders, and confirmation to ship replenishment stock
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Determine forecasts for US and eCommerce requirements to improve stock availability
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to send eCommerce orders out on time

**You will require the following skills and experience to be successful**:

- Experience in a warehouse distribution environment
- Experience using ERP systems
- Experience working with external customers, distributers and 3PL
- Understand how eCommerce and its feeding channels work
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
