**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents with care and attention to dietary needs.
- Ensure the dining and kitchen areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, helping to create a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and care staff to meet the individual needs of our residents.

You are required to have the following:

- Certificate in Food Hygiene for Food Handling or equivalent and previous experience in healthcare food service (preferably aged care).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current valid Australian work rights
- Mandatory Vaccination Evidence for Health Care Workers (Covid-19 and Influenza)
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety and Infection Control
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or aged care is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided.
- A passion for working with older adults and making a positive impact.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, approachable personality with good communication skills.
