**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews and reference checks
- Coordinate pre-employment processes, including medicals and inductions
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Assist with general administration tasks as required

**What you will need to succeed**:

- A knack for rockin' the computer, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
- A burning passion for kicking off your career in recruitment and making it big
- Stage-worthy communication skills, both written and verbal
