We are a purpose built centre is in a quiet location with excellent resources for children and generous play spaces to maximise effective care and educational delivery.

The successful applicant would see themselves in a leadership role and work with the Centre Director and the other Lead Educators to achieve the objectives of the centres philosophy.

To be successful in this role you will be a passionate educator providing outstanding experiences for the children & families creating an amazing environment and learning space. You will have an eye for detail, with experience in managing and maintaining high standards for a safe and healthy environment.

The desire to develop excellent relationships with children and families is essential, as is a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF & NQS.

The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individual who works well in a team but also works well autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor of Education (0-5years) or WT or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required for this position.
