Our beautiful purpose built 56 place centre Flourish ELC in North Watanobbi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educator to join the team as a Room Lead Educator and Responsible Person.

The successful applicant would see themselves in a key leadership role as working with the Centre Director & Educational Leader to achieve the objectives of the centre.

To be successful in this role you will be a passionate educator providing outstanding experiences for the children & families creating an amazing environment and learning space. You will have experience in managing and maintaining high standards for a safe and healthy environment and training in child protection.

The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individual who develops excellent relationships with children, families & peers.

Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Children's Services or ECT degree or Working Towards
- Current First Aid in a childcare environment
- Current Child Protection training
- WWC/Police Clearance
