Who We Are:
Chester Hill Neighbourhood Centre (CHNC) is a not-for-profit organization working to help relieve poverty, distress and misfortune affecting the residents of Canterbury-Bankstown.
Chester Hill Neighbourhood Centre is a Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and
Home Care Package (HCP) provider, aiming to support older people remain living at home independently and safely.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

- Provide services and support to older people in the community, including personal care, transportation, welfare checks, shopping, domestic assistance and social support
- Work alongside other care workers and support the care team to provide evidence
- based, safe and high-quality care
- Monitor and report on care recipient progress and pass information onto management in a timely manner

About You:

- Relevant Qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support however not necessary for the right person
- Triple Covid-19 Vaccinated
- Valid provisional or above Driver’s license and access to comprehensively insured vehicle
- Friendly, passionate and ready to learn and make a worthwhile difference

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Chester Hill, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
