As our Program Manager, Workforce Performance reporting to the General Manager, Workforce Performance, you will be responsible designing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of the wage and entitlement compliance program.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will strategise, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to The Star's organisational objectives. You will oversee multiple project streams, ensuring program goals are achieved on time, within scope and on budget.

This is a 12-month contract available in Sydney, Gold Coast or Brisbane

**A few of your responsibilities**
- Work closely with project sponsor, stream leads, cross-functional teams, and assigned project leads to develop and manage all facets of the wage compliance program.
- Implement wage compliance program objectives in accordance with the program scope/timeline/budget set by the Steering Committee.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Oversee the management of the external suppliers/consultants supporting the program
- Design and implementation of assurance measures to ensure compliance across all industrial instruments focusing on culture, capability, systems and governance
- Develop a robust risk mitigation plan and develop a group wide wage compliance risk assessment and maintain the wage compliance risk register.
- Develop, monitor and control the governance plan and structure including relevant reporting and communication to Executive Leadership, Board, Regulatory and external bodies.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience providing strategic workforce compliance services to a large and complex organisation with multiple industrial instruments.
- Experience working with large-scale, change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices
- Successfully delivered large and complex compliance or system based programs of work in either Workforce Management, ER/IR or across People & Performance within a highly regulated environment
- An understanding of wage compliance and its' impact on organisations (preferred)
