**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with admin and bookings for transport operations**:

- **Support the team with paperwork, POD checking, and scheduling**:

- **Provide general administrative support to the operations coordinator**:

- **Assist during periods of annual leave with occasional longer shifts**:

- **Learning and understanding key transport processes**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in administration or transport support**:

- **Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Strong attention to detail and organisational skills**:

- **Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude**:

- **Flexible and willing to support the team as needed**
