- Leadership and accountability to AVCRO's Line Maintenance Manager
- Ensure comprehensive reporting is available to the business and its Customers for all maintenance related activities relating to Line operations
- Contractor management: Ensuring that all maintenance personnel understand and are in compliance with AVCRO's expectations, procedures and upholding our values in line with Customers expectations
- Customer relationship management: Ensuring required information is documented and communicated effectively and professionally to the Customer liaison and CAMO delegates
- As a Certifying Employee you will drive best practice planning: incorporating downtime, required resources, expenditure and efficient work detail to ensure optimal workflow in consultations with AVCRO's Line, Base and Component Responsible Managers
- Provide genuine leadership, guidance and mentoring to AME’s and other Certifying Staff **Lead by example by promoting a reporting culture with relevant follow up and stakeholder input**

Experience/Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Line Maintenance environment
- The ability to lead by example, as well as consistently motivate and drive your team to successful outcomes
- Strong at delegating tasks to the correct people as per hierarchy tree and ensuring you and your team take ownership of tasks through to completion
- Commercial awareness and respect for cost control and resource allocation **Strong communication skills, and the ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholder groups**:
